The 36th annual Rockford Association for Minority Management, or RAMM Scholars Banquet was held on Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, at Giovanni’s in Rockford with Dr. Steve Perry, principal of Capital Preparatory Magnet School in Hartford, Connecticut as the keynote speaker.
